From your account I can see that you have upgraded from 2017 to 2019. 
This means you will still have access to Studio 2017 and Studio 2019 as long as they are on the same machine. 
 
However the first thing I would suggest is to follow this Wiki (2 parts) 
 community.sdl.com/.../3392.how-to-part-1-trouble-shoot-unexplained-errors-and-unwanted-behavior-in-studiomultiterm 
This will ensure that everything really is up to date (often updates for example are downloaded but are NOT installed) or Studio/MultiTerm are not on the latest versions etc. 
 
In relation to the 'Verify' issues- 
could you go to FILE-OPTIONS-VERIFICATION and let me know which verification apps are installed/active please.

Sorry for not being more precise. 
 
One of the drivers we know to cause issues are indeed the Graphics drivers- Something most people would not even consider important in a program like Studio. 
You should not be getting any trial messages from the Studio 2017 version at all if Studio 2019 is installed on the same machine. 
Deactivate Studio 2019 for a few minutes- then restart Studio 2017- the message should then dissapear. 
 
In regards to the active apps- please disable each in turn so that we can track down which is causing the issue- then we can look at why this is happening.

I suggest you contact support. This is the second day for you without a resolution in the community so it makes sense to have someone look at this problem for you. You should be able to use 2017 as it is activated through the fact your 2019 licence is active. 
 
For licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

You have two options: 
 
1. Submit a case using a webform 
2. Use live chat to get a licence reset 
 
You want to use the first option as it's not just a licence reset and make sure that you refer to this thread so the teams can see what you have tried already.
