Case-sensitive terminology checks using Regex?

Hi! 
 Is it possible to check case-sensitive terminology using Regex in Studio since it is not a built-in terminology feature so far: https://community.sdl.com/ideas/translation-productivity-ideas/i/trados-studio-ideas/case-sensitivity-in-term-verification 
 For example, using apps or Regex QA checks: https://appstore.sdl.com/de/language/app/regex-match-autosuggest-provider/412/ 
 
 For example: 1. Press the command BLOCK. 
 2. The user can block add adds by enabling the add blocker. 
 
 The idea of having case sensitive terminology checks is to avoid errors (mistranslations) and false positives alike (see example "BLOCK vs. block").

Hi Manuel, 
 Sure, that is possible with the QA Checker 3.0->Regular Expressions. Regex is case sensitive. (You don't need any apps from the app store for that.) 
 Example: 
 
 Regex settings: 
 
 Whatever fuzziness you want has to be in your Regex, of course, like the "[Bb]lock" in my little example.

I'm pretty sure you can do this using XBench. 
 
You can't do this using regex since there is no connection between the termbase and the rules, so you'd need manual rules for each term which is impractical.

So the solutions are probably these: 
 
1. get the development team to raise the priority of something that's been on the backlog a very long time already, or 
2. create a verification plugin that can use the termbase(s) in the project 
 
The second route is probably faster, but again needs priority and attention from a willing developer.
