Our translation team is using Studio 2019 for translation of WorldServer packages. The client uses whitespace marker   appearing as º in Studio and ¬ in WorldServer. We have experienced an issue wherein Studio seems to alter the source during translation and packaging. We have seen the whitespace marker removed in the source (the target had no whitespace marker upon project creation) and added into the source (the target did have a whitespace marker upon project creation). This causes WorldServer to delete the remaining segments in the task/file after the segment with the altered source. The translators assure me they have never and would never knowingly alter a source.
My question is twofold:
1. What is the setting in Studio 2019 that could be causing this issue with the whitespace changes?
2. How can we get WorldServer to accept these return packages as normal and not delete the segments after the altered source?
