Qualitivity vs. embedded Trados TQA

Question

Hello I want to know the differences between Qualitivity ( TAUS DQF , LISA QA Metric, SAE J2450 ) and embedded Trados TQA! 
 do I need an extra license to use Qualitivity other than TAUS subscription? what are differences between Trados TQA and Verifika ? I want to know the best of these TQA's! Thank you

In a nutshell: 
 
Qualitivity - provides a mechanism for carrying out TQA useful for Freelancers who don't have a Professional licence 
Trados TQA - fully integrated TQA solution with more functionality and reporting than Qualitivity. Freelance licence can use TQA if the project package received enables it. Needs a Professional licence to use TQA for any project. 
Verifika - does it have a TQA feature?
