Trados doesn't open normally - set-up wizard for first-time use instead

Hello! My Trados 2015 doesn't want to run; instead I get the wizard to guide me through the set up for the first time. I've been using the programme for many years and it has never happened before. I've tried to run the programme as administrator. It didn't help - I got the same communication.

Should I run the set up process? I'm afraid to loose all my work...

Please advise me. The situation is very frustrating.

This sounds as though the Studio installation could have been corrupted and needs a clean install.
Reasons for this could be your AntiVirus for example.
As long as you have saved/backed up your work- you should not lose anything- nothing is actually stored in Studio itself but in your project folders.

This sounds as though the Studio installation could have been corrupted and needs a clean install.
Reasons for this could be your AntiVirus for example.
As long as you have saved/backed up your work- you should not lose anything- nothing is actually stored in Studio itself but in your project folders.
