My account shows that both my license options are activated even though one of my computers recently crashed and has just returned from being repaired and the other one where I appeared to have deactivated the license correctly, asks me to deactivate it again and now gives me an error message when I try to do so: Deactivation failed. Could not revoke the license - Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.

So, basically I can't use the software and am having to use trial versions to work.

Can someone deactivate both licenses for me, please, so I can reactivate them again?
