Some suspicious behavior name under "SDL". What is this ?

I really hate to install unwanted stuffs into my computer. 
 
 Minutes ago I have found some suspicious action from my computer. 
 It is named " SDL Customer Feedback Service ". 
 I used the Police program "Autoruns" of MS. 
 It detects all the Automatically started programs in my computer. 
 
 I did not agreed to install this kind of suspicious program or action into my computer. 
 Most importantly is started Automatically and at the dark side (unseen/unNoticed). 
 
 Can anyone explain some more clearly?
