A question about editing target text throw a plug-in

Hello everyone, 
 
 I'm a Trados Studio plug-in developer. 
 I have facing a problem that I want to edit the target text automatically throw my plug-in but I don't find the reference API to enable that function. 
 
 Is there anyone knows how to developer this plug-in? 
 I'm waiting for your relpy.
