One of my customers sent me a package to translate. The original file is in idml format. When I open the package, I receive the message "Overflow error" and it is impossible for me to work in the document.
Do you know where the problem comes from ?

I believe this may be due to corrupt and/or missing font(s) on your PC.
Please try updating your system and drivers-
(Part 1 and 2) then restarting your machine and Studio.
If this fails to rectify the situation please log a support ticket, we can then look at this in more detail for you-
