SDL Trados 2019 keeps freezing

Question

Antivirus disabled, and all relevant programs included in the exclusion list. Performed a repair, but it keeps freezing when selecting the TM. 
 REinstalling did not help. 
 Anybody has the same problem?

Yes, thanks, renaming c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0, and restarting usually fixes most of the problems.

Do you have any APPS installed? 
Maybe uninstall the apps and reinstall one by one (ensuring you have the correct version from the app store) to see if this is the cause. 
 
If not- maybe try a reset- Navigate to the following folder and rename (add something lime _old at the end) 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0 
Then restart your machine and Studio-
