Hi there,
After I installed the latest update for Trados Studio 2017, the software vanished from my computer. It's gone, but, if I try to install it again, I get an error message saying I already have a higher version installed and should uninstall it first.
When I tried to do so, another error pops up telling to use the higher version uninstaller...so, this is like a dead-end.
I really don't know what to do and need to work. I was able to use 2015 (don't know why) but the thing is, this is not right and an udpate shouldn't cause problems like this.
I tried uninstalling everything related to studio 2017 but still get the message. Any thoughts?
