Urgent!!! Stduio hangs up at certain segments

Dear Community, I experience serios difficulties after working quite a time with Trados Studio 2019. Studio 2019 closes at certain segments somtimes saying bad info module has stopped working. Cannot continue my translation!! Please help if possible. Best regards Martina

Is it consistently the same segments? Can you share the file so we can try to reproduce this problem? Are you using any plugins? Are the segments merged?

Dear Paul, thank you so much for your answer. Yes it is always the same sentences. Can't see the differences to the other sentences. It is not linked to a certain file, happens with all files I had/have to manage (one single file I entered my self, two packages fom two different clients). I do not use any plugins (I did reinstall everything including Windows). The problem was fixed by me yesterday (but not resolved) when I did stop Trados to search anymore in the the translation memories or elswhere (under editor > automation). So it has something to do with the research but upgrading the translation memories or disable all translation memories did not resolve. Best regards Martina
