Cant add TB

Question

I have SDL TRADOS Freelance 2019. I use MacBook Air. Need help from MacBook users. I’m new to Trados and doing practice exercises to pass certification. The problem I have is can’t add a TB to the project . A message comes on the screen that is a general error

It would be helpful to see the exact error message, but things that come to mind would be these: 
 
1. Try a different termbase and see whether the problem might be related to one specific termbase. 
 
2. Make sure you have the latest versions of both Studio and MultiTerm installed. These would be: 
 
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.0.44109 
SDL MultiTerm 2019 - 15.0.1.43891 
 
3. What version of Windows are you running on your MAC? If it's W7 please make sure Service Pack 1 is installed.
