SDL Trados Studio issue with IDML files (missing text) - SDL Studio 2017 and 2019

Hello ,

we know this problem was raised before but it is still showing up with some IDML files processed with Studio 2017 and Studio 2019. The problem is that Trados Studio doesn't process the file well, since there are a lot of content missing in the sdlxliff file. 
 We tried to used the trick with the tracked changes in Indesign suggested by another user but it didn't work out 
 Opening the same file with another Cat Tool we can see and process al the text so it looks like it is a Trados related issue. 
 Any news or idea about how to sort out this problem?

Hello, Is it text on the Master Pages? There is a setting in Studio, where you can mark this text to not be pulled for translation. Best, Mindy

Thank you. 
Do you know which stories are not imported? (As far as I can see, the document contains text in 13 stories.) 
 
A solution might be to export the stories to InCopy (In InDesign: Edit->InCopy->Export->All Stories) and then work with the InCopy files in Studio.
