Good Afternoon,
I tried to install the XliffCompare plugin on two computers with windows 7 and the installer program does not function. I tried to install the plugin as Administrator, repair Trados with MSI files and solved the problems of file association. Still does not run the plugin installer on these two computers. I have tried on other computers and the installer program run correctly. Can you help me, please?

Are you getting any error messages?
As you have stated this works on other machines- just not Windows 7-
I think the reason has already been explained here-
community.sdl.com/.../20778
and that updated and newer apps are built on newer Windows frameworks and not the older W7 technology.

I have now been able to test this on a colleagues Windows 7 machine and cannot replicate the problem
Are you able to at least see the SDLXLIFFCompare icon (screenshot)-
I had to drag the window up as all I could originally see 'out of the box' was the lower part of the report.
If not, please run through the suggestions in this Wiki article (part 1 and Part 2) and then try again with the app.
