If you navigate to Control panel/Programs and Features are you able to see Studio 2017 SR1
If so, please right click and run 'Repair' (you will need to be logged on to the machine as Admin)-
Should you be prompted to restart your machine, please do so and don't skip this step.
Are you now able to start Studio?
