Error message concordance search SDL Trados 2017

Question

While I was saving some work from another project on a USB stick, I had Studio 2017 open. I removed the USB-stick, and suddenly, the following message occurred: 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.Plugins.WorldServerTranslationProvider.Api.WorldServerTranslationProvider' threw an exception. Anyone know what this means? What can be done to resolve this?

I think the first thing to try would be a Studio repair/reset- 
You can use the following free app to simplify the process- appstore.sdl.com/.../ 
 
If this does not work- try installing the WS .msi manually 
 gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

 If you are unable to find the folder, this would suggest that the folder is hidden. 
 To expose the hidden folders - (W10) 
 Open File Explorer from the taskbar. 
 Select View > Options > Change folder and search options. 
 Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.

Now you should be able to run through the solution as suggested in my original post.
