After SDL Trados Studio 2019 has updated (a few days back), as it caused enormous problems on my computer (never worked properly for me), I have decided to switch back to SDL Trados Studio 2017. That has proved impossible, anytime I launch the installation I get the following error message "Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first". I had already unistalled the 2019 version from the Control Panel, then removed anything that could have been left behind in the "ProgramData/Data" and "ProgramData/Package Cache" folders, I have checked that anything related to SDL Trados Studio 2017 had been removed too. I have rebooted the computer after each operation and still I can't install SDL Trados Studio 2017 (so, for the time being in order to deliver my translations I had to switch to SDL Trados Studio 2015...). Could you please help with this issue?
