Studio 2019 SP1 update

Question

I've recently updated my Studio 2019 to the latest SP1. However, the link in the startup icon on my desktop was broken and all other Studio 2019 icons have disappeared. I can't find the new version anywhere on my system so I now can't start Studio. When I try to start up the initial version, a message appears saying there is a newer version installed so the old version can not be started up. Does anyone know where to find the new SP1? Many thanks from a very frustrated me :-(

I think that something obviously went wrong during the install- 
Normally a manual install of the modules will resolve the issue.
