URGENT: SDL Customer Feedback Service (Sdl.ProductTelemetrics.v1) failed to start

Question

I tried the Service Pack Upgrade. In my case running as administrator.Renaming the Telemetrics folder was not possible as it was locked, even after reboot.

 The problem is that I have a deadline and I have to deliver soon.

When installing the update, please be aware that it is important to restart your machine when prompted to do so. 
It might be that you need to run the update process (and reboot) more than once to fix the install.
