During the installation of SDL Trados 2017 SR1, I get the following error message: "Service "SDL Customer Service" (SDL.ProductTelemetrics.v1) failed to start. Veriify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services".

Question

I have got this message during the automatic installation, after retrying several times, I have clicked on "Cancel" and SDL Studio 2017 was not available at my computer. I have gone to your website and I have downloaded the update again, but I get the same problem. 
 This is happening at my PC with Windows 10.

Hi Lavinia Pirlog , The process is named as "Sdl.Desktop.ProductTelemetrics.Host.Windows.exe". Please find it.
