 I can't access SDL STudio 2017 since I did the update. I click on it and it doesn't open.

Please try to repair Studio 2017 SR1 from [Control Panel] > [Unistall Program].

 If running a Windows Repair via Control Panel as suggested by Kiyotaka Tsuchida doesn't solve your problem, contact SDL Help Installation Support here: 
 https://gateway.sdl.com/webtocase 
 They will help you quickly and free of charge. Make sure you give them an accurate email address to contact you on and select 'Installation' from the 'Case Type' dropdown menu.
