Hello, I'm having some fundamental problems when I start up SDL. When I try to translate a single file, I see "One or more errors occurred." When I click on "OK," I thereafter see the TM and Document Settings screen, but I am no longer able to select among my many TMs. Critically, I am not able to see the Microsoft MT (yes, I was using it properly until a few days ago, with the appropriate API). Any help would be appreciated.
You don't say which version of Studio you are working with.

I would suggest the reset method given there may be what you need but there are further solutions to try and if they all fail you can try reinstalling.
If that does not work you can get free help very quickly here:
Fill out the form, remembering to select 'Installation' at the 'Case Type' dropdown menu AND to give your email address accurately so that they can contact you to resolve the issue.
