Hi,
I have just uploaded the 2019 SR1 update and now it is not opening my clients Termbases. It opens mine and it shows both my termbase and the clients' on the list but in the edit and verification it is not taking any notice of the clients termbase, as if it wasn't there. I've checked with various packages and it's the same with all of them.
Any ideas please?

Have you also updated MultiTerm to the latest version? If not, that is the cause.
Studio 2019 SR1 requires MultiTerm 2019 CU1. They are inter-compatible but not compatible with anything but each other.
Open MultiTerm 2019 and it should prompt you to download the latest version. If it does not, go to your SDL Account and click on Downloads then go to SDL MultiTerm 2019 Desktop Installer in the list and click Download.
You can install it without uninstalling the previous version.
