2019 Service Release 1 - hanging

Question

Installed this today, hangs continually requiring an end task/close window command in Windows (thankfully it offers to save changes first!) but it is a really time-consuming bug. Overall performance seems slow, too. I have posted on the ProZ Trados forum, and others are experiencing the same.

As Studio 2019 SR1 is a new release and from the feedback we have so far, The first thing I would look at is your AntiVirus provider and add Studio to the AV 'whitelist'- then restart Studio. 
If this does not help- maybe try a test project with a new default template- does this work OK? 
If so, try and recreate a new project template to see if the issues persist.
