Hello,
our company's phone number is country-specific. Let's say it's 12345 in England and 67890 in Germany, so each time "12345" comes up in the source text, "67890" should be present in the target text.
How do I achieve that? And how do I prevent the number check from flagging this particular number as "modified" and therefore "error". (It should still do that with other numbers, but not with the phone number.)

Unfortunately there is no 'out of the box' solution that covers everything that you need here, but possibly the easiest solution (especially if this is just for a telephone number- rather than a whole list of separate numbers) would be maybe to use the advanced display filter- filter on the telephone number- translate, then lock the segment. And then continue with the translation.
