I started my Trados Studio 2019, got the update notification, confirmed to install it. The process started, I got the notification to restart my computer, which I did, but then got a pop-up that the update could not be completed. Now I see that Trados Studio 2019 got removed from my computer, while the licence is still in use. What should I do to fix it?

You can request a license reset via live chat, here: liveagentlicensing
For a simple license reset, you can click 'Request license reset' and fill out the short form that appears, then someone will reply to you online. You don't usually have to wait long.
Alternatively you can click 'Submit Case' and give fuller details in the form that pops up, including your accurate email address, and they will reply by email. Usually very quickly, especially if you select 'Licensing' in the 'Type Case' dropdown.
