Repeated request to restart following update installation

Question

I have just installed the SR1 for Trados Studio 2019 and it now asks me to restart the computer every time it opens. When the computer restarts Studio automatically starts up - I need to sign the License agreement every time and then it starts the installation process. When it gets to "restart after uninstall" it asks me to restart the computer. If I do so the whole process starts again. If I click 'no' to restarting it tells me the setup is complete. I can open Studio but I am unnerved and concerned there may be an error somewhere. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

 What happens if you ignore the message and get to the end of the installation and start Studio? 
 Does the problem go away? or is it continually repeated? 
 If so, please log a free installation support ticket- log into your account...

I would suggest first running a repair on Studio. 
If this does not work, then please reset Studio which should resolve this for you.
