After downloading Service Release 1 for Trados Studio 2019 I cannot open it anymore, the errors stating as follows: "An unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in services." and "An unexpected error has occurred while loading the global plug-in services." I am grateful for any help. thanks!

I just got the same problem and this manoeuvre did not work for me either. But before restarting, I also got another error message, that did not appear after the re-start. Anyway, the program does not open anyway, and this error message discussed here still appears.
The other error message that disappeared after the above performed measure was: "
Det gick inte att hitta några resurser för den angivna kulturen (eller den neutrala kulturen) på disken.
baseName: Sdl.BestMatchServiceStudioIntegration.Common.plugin locationlnfo: <null> fileName:
Sdl.BestMatchServiceStudioIntegration. Common, plugin. resources"
What has to be added is that when restarting the desktop computer after having updated Studio 2017 with the release, the computer also updated Windows 7 with several updates. This might also have influenced Studio in a negative way. So please, help!
