Client has sent me an sdlppx file. I'd like to pre-translate with the Microsoft API, but I can't seem to get to the right display, with the TM and API option. So, how can I add a TM / use the API? Thank you!

Assuming you have installed the plugin that makes the MS MT provider available to you then just go to your Project Settings and add it from the same place you add a normal TM.
If you haven’t installed the plugin yet then you need to go to the SDL AppStore and do that first. You need the MT Enhanced plugin.
I’d explain better but I’m responding on my phone. If you’re still struggling hopefully someone else will share a better explanation.

Opening SDLPPX file creates a project in your Studio.
So you simply go to your projects list, select the project and then you can open the project settings and configure whatever you want.
