Studio 2019 -- Open Package window layout is off

Usability issue:

I recently upgraded to Studio 2019. When I open a package now, the window layout is way too spread out. Even if I maximize the window on my 14-inch laptop screen, there is tons of dead space and the files section at the bottom right barely has enough room to show one or two files. Resolution and scaling on my system for Studio otherwise look fine. Please fix! Thanks.

Can you please try to do a "Reset Window Layout" and see if is ok for you?

In order to do the "Reset Window Layout", you need to be on the Welcome view --> View Tab and there you have the button "Reset Window Layout".

Please let me know if is ok for you.

Hi Ana-Maria,

Thanks for the quick response. That did seem to help when the window is maximized. But when the window is resized, I still think there is too much blank space after the "Comment" line in the info pane and not enough space in the file/folder pane. Obviously, not a show-stopper, but not ideal when working on a small monitor.

Maybe make it possible in a future version to resize (drag up or down) the individual panes?
