Create a new TM

Question

Hello, 
 Today I have created a new TM (TM RO-FR) , following the same steps as in the past, but this TM does not work. 
 I noticed that my previous TM icons have an orange triangle and differ from the TM RO-FR I have created today (without that orange triangle). What happened?

There is nothing to worry about here. 
The orange triangle simply means these TM's are ready to be upgraded (Uplift), whereas your new TM does not yet have enough entries for this functionality. 
For more info on Uplift Fragment Recall functionality- please take a look at the following -

Please also be aware that upgrading the TM's (depending on size) can take some time, so you should only do this when you are maybe not working on a project or leave this running overnight.

As you say other TM's work- only this new one does not- this would suggests that the TM itself is the problem. 
Also the error message actually indicates one or more .dll's are corrupt or missing. 
 
The first thing that would spring to mind is to ask where this new TM is stored (cloud?) or (desktop) and whether you are logged on as admin? 
Are you able to open this TM in the TM Editor view? 
If not, this would suggest a corruption and that you create a new TM from scratch and a new project.

 If you have been translating and confirming the segments in the Studio editor (CTRL+Enter) you will be seeing the following 
 
 If however when you open your TM and do not see this, then please check your Project Settings as follows- 
 
 Therefore, ensure you TM is both enabled and ticked for UPDATE. 
 You can however update your TM using Batch Tasks and update translation memories

At this stage its impossible to say for sure what is happening at the moment without seeing the TM and the File. 
If you could share these with me (swhale@sdl.com) confidentially of course i will have a look for you. 
Other wise please create a new project ensuring you have the correct language combinations selected.
