Studio 2019 works very slowly

Hello Everyone, 
 I 've just installed Studio 2019 Freelance on my Dell 9560 laptop (Core i7, 8gb RAM, 512 Gb SSD) under Windows 10 pro. Studio 2019 starts extremely slowly. The opening of a project, and the propagation of segments and other processes are also terribly slow, 15 to 20 seconds per segment to propagate!! I'm losing patience. My ESET Security antivirus is not the cause. Do I have to disable plug-ins? Who can help me ?

As it appears that everything is running very slowly, from opening Studio, to opening a project etc. I would suggest checking your AntiVirus program again and ensuring this is added to the ESET 'white list' ( www.youtube.com/watch as often programs are quarantined without the AV actually informing you of this. 
A quick test would be to close all programs down- and then disable ESET temporarily and now restart Studio- 
If this is still not better, please disable each app in turn, to try and eliminate any appas as the cause. 
Also, please ensure that you have the correct version of the apps installed for Studio 2019 - and have not maybe installed a wrong version (from a previous Studio version).
