Trados upLIFT fragment recall won't activate in newly created Trados memory for Trados Studio 2019

Question

I have created a new project for a client's sdltm file and have ceated a new translation memory. I noticed that almost identical parts I have already translated are not coming up as a TM option when I encnounter them again. I checked the TM settings and the Fragment Alignment setting is not activiated and I cannot activate it. What should I do? Thanks.

You need a minimum of 1000 TUs and 5000 TUs are recommended. How many have you got in your newly created TM?
