Different font after editing with tracked changes in Trados Studio 2017

Hello! 
 
 I have a problem with Trados Studio 2017. After editing a document with tracked changes in Studio and using the function save target as to create a word file, it creates a word file that has a different font and text size compared to the original text after each tracked change. 
 Example: 
 
 Any help to solve this is greatly appreciated. 
 Sorry if it is a repeated question.

I'd make sure I was showing all the formatting tags in the Studio Editor while working with it. That might help identify where the problem is coming from. If you can share the sdlxliff file you are working on we could take a look?
