2017 SR1 Analyze performance very slow. Already turn off Match Repair

Question

I have seen this problem before in the forum. I tried the solution (turn off Match Repair) but still it takes a lot of time. 
 I analyze 3 files, total 40000 words, and the TM has about 2500 TU. It took 9 mins 36 seconds to complete. 
 I tried the same files in 2015, and it only takes 40 seconds. 
 
 This situation happens a lot. Wondering if there any way to avoid the problem? 
 My SDL version is 14.1.10014.38031.

Where do your TMs come from, are they locally stored or perhaps they are on an external hard drive, online shared folder (such as Dropbox, etc)?
