How to convert old TM into new TM ?

Question

Hi 
 Today, I have received a TM. 
 It looks like a old TM to me, I am not sure though. 
 It consist with formats like, iix, mdf,mtf... 
 -attached it 
 OLD_TM.zip 
 
 I'd like to use it at SDL Trados Studio 2017 TM 
 What do I have to do ? 
 -client looks so busy..

In Translation Memories pane, click Upgrade Translation Memories, Add file-based TMs..., then locate your CC17958515.tmw file. Click Finish. The wizard will do it for you automatically. Click yes at the end to delete temporary files.
