Failed to save target file

Question

I can't save the target file (IDML) because of the next message: 
 Failed to save target content: Extra '<anchorref id=""/>' reference tag within the segment ID ''. Please run the Tag Verification to see details. 
 
 Can someone help me please?

First of all can you confirm whether you have run the verification (F8) and made sure any extra tags have been removed in the specific segment? 
Now try opening the IDML file as a single file translation and immediately save target as (without translating anything)- does this work? 
If so, then create a TM from your previously translated SDLXLIFF file and pretranslate the IDML through the TM 
 
If you are still unable to continue, please let me know which version of IDML files these actually are as your version of Studio (2015?) may not fully support newer IDML file types.

If you are not able to open the file in single file translation mode and save it immediately, this might suggest that the source file is in itself corrupt. 
Would you be able t0o send me the original source file and the (translated) SDLXLIFF file please- swhale@sdl.com
