Is it possible to change the width of the Autosuggest screen? Some of my terms (titles of regulations) are like paragraphs lengthwise and are often very similar to one another but the Autosuggest screen doesn't seem scrollable or scaleable for that matter or am I wrong?
Any suggestions?

It is not possible to change the size of the Autosuggest screen. This is set to the default as you see it.
If as you say-

then these are better added to your translation memory or even better still- to your Termbase... which is specifically designed to handle terminology and longer phrases/terms
Autosuggest is not designed for this as this is sub-segment matching (similar to predictive text on your mobile phone).
