Hello. Yesterday, I downloaded and installed the 30-day trial version of SDL Trados Studio 2019. To my surprise, when I saw the installation screen, it indicated that I had 21 days remaining for the trial. I lost 9 days of trial. I do not know the reason.

 Have you used the trial of a previous version/s of Studio? If so, that would use up however many days you used it for and the total would be carried forward to future trial versions.
