We use Plunet to process the analysis for our quotes. Everything has been working correctly, though we are currently experiencing the following situation:

Can't get an analysis through Plunet REGARDLESS of file type. This message comes up and no analysis report is generated:

IF no TM is available, it will create an analysis:
The analysis has been carried out without a TM, because there is no TM available for this language combination.

Has anyone seen this before? Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
