 I receive this error message in Studio 2019. What should I do?

This is most likely due to your security software cleaning up temp files that Studio needed in an active project. The best solution now would be to create a new project and update it from your translation memory. 
 
It might also be worth making sure that Stusio is properly whitelisted in your security software (anti-virus, clean up tools etc.)
