How to handle JS files? What are the settings we have to for it?

 Please help me with the same. I have checked & search through all the websites but didn`t get a satisfactory answer. 
 
 I don`t know pASSOLO. If it is the only options then please give me the steps. but if in trados it is possible that will be really great help
