SDL STUDIO 2017 not working with MULTITERM

Hi there!

I have been using these tools combined, so when I wanted to add a word to my termbase I always used 'add quick term' button. But lately, I am having problems with it. When I am trying to add a term to the termbase, STUDIO starts to load it but it never ends, then crashes and I have to shut down STUDIO and restart it again to continue my work, but I cannot add terms anymore if I want to finish my work. The thing is that when I run again Studio, the term has been loaded successfully but when I do it the program gets frozen.

Any ideas why is happening this?

    Hi Paul,

    I have the same problem now, I have been working on a project for a couple of weeks with a termbase for this client now all of a sudden it cannot connect Studio 2017 with Multiterm 2017 and I cannot see any updates for any of them. How could be fixed?

    I have the following versions:

    Multiterm 2017 SR1 - 14.2.7.43908
    Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10015.44945

    It's like this specific Termbase has automatically disconnected and does not recognizes any term (so, I cannot do a match repair either and replace with the correct terms). I have been trying to connect the termbase and disconnect manually again, but it does not work. If I introduce the terms in Multiterm manually one by one it does not get frozen but when I go to Studio does not recognize any (like a Termbase was not connected for the project)
