Hello,
I turned a pdf file to a sdlxliff one. The sdlxliff file shows like a double-reverted orange arrow tag, on both parts of the source and target languages, on editor view and I cannot open it to start translating.

You should always ask for original document from which the PDF was created.
But given the name of the file I'm wondering if the original was even an electronic document... it could have been a hand-written piece of paper, in which case you're out of luck with any OCR.
