Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Question

Hello, I got this message on the last segment of a translation as I pressed ctrl + enter. My version is SDLX Trados Studio 2015. I tried the cloud translation whilst working on the file and I dragged and dropped the source file into the source file of the cloud application. Could this have been a problem? Thank you,

I'm not sure what you mean by "dragging and dropping the source file into the source file of the cloud application" but if you were working with the single document translation process than I guess it's possible that taking the same file being used by Studio and asking it do something else at the same time could be problematic. But I'm just guessing. 
 
If you save your work, close Studio and start it up again is everything ok?
