Where is the best place on the Internet for community support for Trados Studio?

Question

This may seem like an odd question to ask in an official SDL Trados community forum, but where is the best place on the Internet for community support for Trados Studio? 
 This forum appears to have few active users and questions often go unanswered. There is a Yahoo group that has a mere 6 members and is completely moribund. 
 I suspect that the unofficial forum on Facebook might be the most active place, but I dislike Facebook and hesitate to get on it just for that... 
 Any other active forums out there?

In fact, I think this is the best place on the internet for community support. Questions rarely go unanswered and this is the only place where your questions will be seen by SDL developers, SDL support and others. So I do think this is a strange question to ask in here. 
 
The problem generally with most communities is that they usually operate a "90:9:1 rule where 90% of users are referred to as lurkers who read all the activity but don’t contribute themselves, 9% contribute from time to time and 1% are pretty active and probably account for most of the contributions." Keeping on top of questions to make sure they have a satisfactory answer is harder... there is a system for doing this using the "answered" and "verified answer" flags, but most users don't use this properly... but we do try. There are around 10 unanswered questions right now, and we will get to them... the harder ones tend to be unanswered for longer, but they will get an answer.
