SDL authentication

Question

I am suddenly asked for SDL authentication (for trados trsb) when try to import a translation memory and termbase provided with a translation job. However, my user name and password were not accepted, so authentication failed. Urgent help required please.

Could you please give us a bit more details so that we can look into this for you? 
Where exactly are you asked for authentication? 
 
If it is okay for you, could you please send me screenshot of what you see when you are required to authenticate? This would help us a lot to identify where the issue might be. My email address is: gmagyar@sdl.com
