Trados 2019 report hanging

Question

Hello 
 When I try to open a report in Trados 2019 the software crashes, it gets stuck on "report loading" 
 I have done a re-install, restart and this is for old and new projects. 
 Any ideas, or is this a bug?

I have recently seen a number of unexpected Studio crashes and have spoken to our support team about this and it appears that this is due to Windows not being up to date. 
Please run a full Windows update and ensure these updates have been installed- this could take some time and you may need to run the procedure a couple of times before it is sucessful.

Hi Luke Sewell , 
Studio 2019 should still run on a Windows 7 machine- however this must have service pack 1 installed and all other updates. 
Also, you must ensure the .netframe work is up to date as well- Studio 2019 is designed for .net 4.7.* 
If your machine is running an older version, you may need to update this.
