Include PDF Floating Text in Trados

I have a PDF document that has text appearing only when you hover over certain words, and when I convert in Trados, it is not picked up. Does anyone know how to do this? 

I looked into the Common setting in options for PDF, but I don't see anything helpful. Thanks

    I don't think this is possible. I would even suppose, that it won't be possible using OCR software.
    Might be, that Adobe Acrobat (full version) would be able to save the file including the comments appearing, but I also doubt that.
    The only way I can think of now is getting the editable source from your customer.
